Do you do custom orders? TOP
Yes, we do. Just email us with your request. What if I need my order in a hurry? TOP
Yes, we do. Please contact me, so I can let you know what our current turn-around times are. If you need something sooner, there may be an additional rush charge. What is your return policy? TOP
All of our products are custom made, we do not accept returns to prevent possible abuse. If there was indeed a mistake or problem with your order on our part, please don't hesitate to contact us (info@tutugirlybycelyn.com) ASAP and we'd be more than happy to accept returns or resolve any issue or refund your money to you via paypal. Returns can not be accepted if the error was not on our part, ex. ordering the incorrect size, selection the wrong colors ect. . Therefore returns or refunds will be handled on a case to case basis. How do I care for my tutu? TOP
If your tutu gets dirty, spot clean as necessary. To get any wrinkles out, simply shake it and hang it up in a humid area for a few minutes. You can use a steamer, bathroom with a hot shower, or outside on a warm day. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept payments via Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to make a payment. Their accounts are free, and you can pay securely using your checking account or credit card. Do you offer Gift Certificates? TOP
Yes we do! Email us the amount you would like, and we will send you an invoice. Once that is paid you will receive the certificate via email. Is local pick up available? TOP
Yes! Local pick up is welcome if you are near the Kissimmee, FL area. I will send you an e-mail when your order is complete and then we can arrange a time for you to pick up your order. Do you ever offer coupon codes or free shipping? TOP
We sure do! Periodically coupon codes are posted on our facebook fan page along with our mailing list. Become a facebook fan and also sign up for our mailing list. If I choose to pay by money order or personal check where do I send the payment to? TOP
If paying by money order or check we will send you an e-mail after we see your order come through. The e-mail will provide the details on where you can send the payment to. All orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared. I don't have paypal account? TOP
